Once plunged into total darkness, each guest must rely on their senses to guess what is on the plate. Touch, smell, and hearing become your best allies.

After the meal, you’ll be welcomed back into the light for a special debriefing space, where you'll discover the dishes and wines you tasted. The little extra? We will present you with “sample plates” identical to those served in the dark.
